Here I am again blogging for class assignment. Since I am a private person, blogging is sort of a an invasion of my privacy. Still, I am willing to to be adventurous and go for it.

I began the day with prayer and meditation. It is a autumn morning very quite and serene as I sit on my balcony from a rainy night before. I find that after the rain, everything seems fresh and clean. I especially love the stillness of the morning and its newness of a brand new day. I pray for peace and health for my family, friends and associates. I send energy towards the ones I love and serenity in their hearts and minds. I want to be productive today with my to do list, which includes going to work so I will be prepared for Monday's work load.
