Unit 3 Blog Post



My physical is about a 3 right now because I stop dieting for the last 4 months, so of course I have gain 7 pounds. My spiritual is about 5; my faith has been attack with new changes and challenges on my job this year. I am becoming withdrawn from family and friends due to my stress levels. My psychological well being is about a 5 due to the stress levels, I am re-accessing my goals, friends, and peers. To be honest, I am not feeling well-balanced.


Goals-on the physical to returned to eating healthier within 90days to get to optimal balance; spiritual- I will intensive my prayers and meditation to include 30 minutes of early morning cleansing...this has help me in the past. Psychological-my morning cleansing will bring clarity to my thought process and give me energy to push forward for my goals with balance.


I will be walking for 30minutes 4-5 days in the mornings and I love to dance, so perhaps I can incorporate this exercise twice a month to go out dancing.


I will post my goals on a weekly basis..wish me luck!

  1. I know that the physical is the hardest part for me. I wish you luck and truly hope that you do well. What do you mean by a cleansing? Do you mean just a morning relaxation time to cleanse negative from your life?
